I am very excited to be a part of Real Coaching Radio Network. My show, "The Healing Chick Show", will air on Fridays at 1pm (Mountain).
This show is about inspiration and motivation. Where are you now? Where would you like to be? About: Lisa Grunden’s career has taken her from a highly successful corporate job to entrepreneur. Lisa has been interested in positive thinking, affirmations, healing and energy work since the early 1990’s. Through her own personal journey she has been motivated to not only help herself but others as well. Stepping out of the box and grabbing life with both arms. Life has taken many turns. Just as the saying goes, “every time a door closed, another door opened”.
She is a Reiki Master/Teacher and an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner. What does that mean? She is a healer, a coach, and a motivator. I have studied Reiki, EFT and other forms of energy healing extensively working with other practitioners, teachers, masters and students.
Most of us carry the weight of the world on our shoulders. Fears, phobias, doubts, limiting beliefs, all that mental crap that keeps us from living the life that we truly would like to be living. She loves working with people to uncover those blocks that get in their way. Identifying them and letting them go. Even she is sometimes surprised by how quickly transformation occurs.
The goal is not to be perfect, but to show up. Show up for your life. Show up and truly feel the excitement and joy of really being ALIVE!!
